Good but I stopped on the first or second CD.I totally agree with her premise that we feed our minds and bodies way too much and we don't feed our spirits enough. I absolutely agree with contacting our spirit guides.The problem I have with this CD set, thus far, is where Sonia starts asking the audience to get up and dance and move - which I have no problem with- it is her tone at this point that I have a problem with.She starts to sound like she is lecturing children and nagging the listeners like a mother would nag and almost chastise her children for being lazy. To me, at this point, she comes across as somewhat unprofessional and I think forgot that she is talking to adults, not lecturing children.I just couldn't deal with, what to me, came across as almost a condescending and chastising tone, so I stopped the CDs right there.I probably should get past that and finish listening to the set, but I don't like being spoken down to like I'm a lazy child. Remember you are a professional talking to adults here.
Listening for my second time now. It's just real life, we all get caught up in the day to day chaos of jobs, kids, family blah blah blah and Sonia is one of those earth angels that are put here to remind us who we are and why we are here. Thank you, thank you so much, I am so grateful to have found you Sonia.
This book opened my eyes to all the possibilities for help from the ArchAngels. Sonia is right...all you have to do is ASK. She tells of the seven Archangels and their individual duties so you know which to address your request. Their response is amazing. She also speaks of your spirit guides who help greatly as well. Sonya gives a detailed review of the heavenly cast: from light-beings to angels to water spirits, all the while encouraging us to ask for help and to know we are always guided.
